Head of state discusses with EU member states' ambassadors accredited to Moldova

Chisinau, 14 September /MOLDPRES/ - President Maia Sandu today discussed with the heads of missions of the European Union member states accredited in Moldova.

According to the presidential press service, in discussions, the head of state thanked the diplomats for the support provided by the governments they represent and the European Union’s institutions for their contribution to the management of multiple crises faced by Moldova. The EU’s support helps us being with the citizens in these complicated times.

President Maia Sandu reaffirmed the firm commitment to continue the reforms due to improve the citizens’ living and which help the country advance on its European integration way. The Moldovan president also referred to the progress made and blockages faced in the process of reforming the justice. She reiterated that, despite the challenges, the cleaning of the justice sector would continue. The head of state also appreciated the contribution of the partner countries to the Moldova Support Platform.
