European Village: Hârtop socio-cultural center provided with modern equipment

Chisinau, 18 Sep. /MOLDPRES/- The multifunctional socio-cultural center in Hârtop village, Cimișlia district, was provided with modern equipment. They were procured through the European Village Program, and the investment amounts to 4.1 million lei (205 thousand euros).

A central aspect of the project was the modernization of the existing infrastructure by equipping the institution with the modern sound and lighting equipment. At the same time, to ensure a high level of comfort for the spectators, a set of over 300 theater seats was purchased.

Also, as part of the project, a high-performance projector was purchased, which will be used for organizing community events, including movie nights, screenings of sports and cultural events, as well as presentations and public discussions.

According to the National Office for Regional and Local Development (ONDRL), the two government programs European Village and European Express Village comprise a total of 93 projects for the rehabilitation and modernization of the Houses of Culture. To date, 27 Cultural Centers have been renovated through local development projects.
