Erich Jaeger global leader in production of connectors expands operations in Valkaneş ZEL

Chisinau, 19 Sep. /MOLDPRES/- The Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization (MDED) announced today a major investment in the Republic of Moldova. It is about Erich Jaeger, a global leader in the production of high-quality connectors, which is expanding operations in Valkaneş Free Economic Zone (ZEL).

Erich Jaeger, recognized worldwide for the design and production of high-quality connectors, collaborates with renowned manufacturers in the automotive and commercial vehicle industries, as well as with companies in various other sectors. The decision to invest in the Republic of Moldova was influenced by several key factors: the qualified workforce; closeness to the EU; flexibility and openness; location etc.

Erich Jaeger's investment in the Republic of Moldova is more than a simple business expansion. With 130 new jobs for qualified and specialized personnel, this investment will stimulate the local economy and contribute to the continued development of Moldova as a technological and industrial hub, said MDED.
