PM visits kindergarten from central Moldovan district, repaired within European Village programme

Chisinau, 21 September /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Dorin Recean, on a working visit to the Balceana village, central Hancesti district, has visited the local kindergarten. The works of repair of the kindergarten’s building have been recently finished here, financed within the European Village national programme, the government’s communication and protocol department reported.

Within the project, the roof was renovated, the furniture for activities with children, as well as the equipment for the canteen and laundry of the kindergarten were purchased. Those 48 children who attend the kindergarten will benefit from a modern hall for festivities.

„This is one of the projects carried out in the Hancesti district, which improve the living of the citizens and this is a concrete example on how we edify the European Moldova, investing in projects dealing with the future of our communities and namely children,’’ Prime Minister Dorin Recean said.

The overall cost of the renovation of the Balceana kindergarten was 3.3 million lei. Sixteen projects worth over 83 million lei are implemented in the Hancesti district, within the European Village programme.
