Hundreds of teachers and school managers to attend National Forum of Teachers

Chisinau, Oct. 6 /MOLDPRES/- Over 400 teachers and school managers from all over the country will come to Chisinau to attend the National Forum of Teachers. The event is organized by the Presidency of the Republic of Moldova together with the Ministry of Education and Research and will gather teachers, professors, support teaching staff, school managers, national and local trainers, young specialists, as well as students who will graduate this year from the university.

According to the presidential press service, the event will be held on October 7, starting at 9:00. Attending the event will be President Maia Sandu and Minister of Education and Research Dan Perciun. Special guest of the forum is Mircea Miclea, author, psychologist, educator, entrepreneur, ex-Minister of Education and Research of Romania.

"The forum participants will discuss educational innovations, opportunities and challenges, good practices from Moldova and other countries, but also about how they can be taken over and multiplied, so that every child in the Republic of Moldova can develop their potential and talents", a press release of the presidential institution reads.

The event is organized at the initiative of President Maia Sandu by the Ministry of Education and Research, with the support of the Future Technologies Project in Moldova, financed by USAID, Sweden, Great Britain, UNICEF, Norway, Japan, as well as the Orange Foundation, in partnership with the State University, Mediacor and Clasa Viitorului.
