PM says Moldova in solidarity with Israel

Chisinau, 7 October /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Dorin Recean today expressed his solidarity with Israel, in the wake of the massive attacks against this state.

„The Republic of Moldova is in solidarity with Israel, in the wake of the massive attacks against the Israeli people. The brutal violence against innocent civilians must stop. In these difficult moments for the Israeli nation, we are united against the terrorism,’’ Dorin Recean said.

Also today, the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry issued a travel warning and insistently recommends that the Moldovan citizens avoid any travel to Israel.

The Israeli Army declared state of war, following the today’s massive attacks against Israel from the Palestinian Gaza Strip, the Agerpres News Agency informs, quoted by MOLDPRES. ‘’The Israeli Defence Forces declare state of preparation for war,’’ the army (Israel Defense Forces, IDF) said in a press release quoted by the TPS Israeli news agency.
