European Express Village: Two local infrastructure modernization projects in Sângerei district completed

Chisinau, Oct. 17 /MOLDPRES/- As part of the Express European Village Program, the renovation works of the House of Culture in Coșcodeni village, Sângerei district, were completed. The works cost about 400 thousand lei (21 thousand euros), money provided by the National Fund for Local Regional Development (FNDRL).

According to the National Office for Regional and Local Development, one of the objectives was the complete restoration of the building's facade, which will benefit over 2,500 inhabitants of the commune.

Around 1200 inhabitants of the Ciuciuieni village in the same district benefited from the modernization of the public lighting system.

A part of the Express European Village Program, 399 projects were approved for financing, and 25 of them were completed.
