Moldovan electoral body made clarifications on participation of students, pupils in vote

Chisinau, Oct. 30 /MOLDPRES/- Students and pupils with voting rights, enrolled in educational institutions in the locality where they are registered at home or temporary residence for less than three months until the date of the first round of voting, will be able to participate in the general local elections by being entered in additional electoral list.
According to the Central Electoral Commission, they will be obliged to present to the electoral body the identity card and student card. Later, these voters will be registered in the additional electoral list.
The general local elections will take place on November 5.
