EcoContact conducts new training on environmental legislation implementation

Chisinau, Nov. 17 /MOLDPRES/- EcoContact association, in partnership with the Ministry of Environment and the National Institute of Justice yesterday trained practicing judges and prosecutors on particularities of the regulatory framework in the water, soil and subsoil resource management.

The event is part of the training cycle for representatives of legal bodies, including the territorial subdivisions of the General Prosecutor's Office and judges, regarding aspects of the implementation of environmental legislation, and was organized under the project - A green justice for a protected environment and sustainable communities in Moldova, implemented by AO EcoContact with the support of Sweden.

The project is implemented by the EcoContact association with the financial support of the Swedish Government. The main partner is the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Moldova.
