Chisinau, 19 November /MOLDPRES/ - The Labour and Social Protection Ministry (MMPS) has informed that the energy vulnerability degrees would be assigned by the information system as of 26 November 2023 and citizens will be able to learn their vulnerability degree at the end of November - early December this year, by accessing the personal office on the platform www.compensatii.gov.md. At present, the system just validates the information included in the application and if errors are detected, the citizens are informed to correct the data.
According to the Regulation approved by the government, all households which are included in the one of the following categories can submit applications to the platform www.compensatii.gov.md: the main heating source is the centralized thermal energy, natural gas or electric energy; the principal source of heating is the stove working on solid fuel (wood, coal) and they benefited from assistance for the cold period of the year (APRA) in the previous season; the main source of heating is the stove working on solid fuel (wood, coal) and has right established to APRA for the next cold period.
„The households the principal heating source of which is the stove/boiler working on solid fuels, but did not benefit from APRA last year, should appeal to the social assistant from the settlement, in order to submit the application for compensations. Starting from Monday, 20 November, the people in this situation can appeal also to a librarian or specialist from the unified centre of providing public services (CUPS) from the settlement,’’ MMPS noted.
Thus, if the applicant selected as the basic source the stove/boiler working based on solid fuel, but does not meet one of the three situations described above, the application will not be validated by the system. Respectively, the applicant should appeal to the registrar to fill in the application.
Presently, over 500,000 applications are registered in the system and only some of them were not validated, for reasons that the applicants selected the basic heating source the stove/boiler working based on solid fuel, but do not meet the aforementioned three situation provided for in the Regulation.
