Moldovan speaker on official visit to Austria

Chisinau, Nov. 21 /MOLDPRES/-Speaker Igor Grosu pays an official visit to Austria on November 21-23, following the invitation of Austrian counterpart, the parliament's communication and public relations department has reported.

Grosu will meet with President of the National Council Wolfgang Sobotka at the Austrian parliament. The visit's agenda also includes meetings with members of Austria - Moldova Friendship Parliamentary Group and members of the Parliamentary Commission for Foreign Policy. The discussions will refer to Moldova's European path and how our country's European integration efforts can be supported.

The official has planned meetings with Federal Minister for European and International Affairs Alexander Schallenberg, and Federal Minister of Labor and Economy Martin Kocher.

Traditionally, he will also meet with the diaspora representatives.
