Chisinau, Nov. 27 /MOLDPRES/- Made in Moldova exhibition, the 21st edition will be held at the Moldexpo exhibition center on January 31 - February 4, 2024. Attending the event will be over 450 domestic companies from various branches of the national economy. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) today launched the stage of applications for participation in the event, and entrepreneurs can apply by 15 January.
CCI head Sergiu Harea said today that the current edition comes with a new concept, and the organizers have prepared several surprises for the visitors. "The exhibition aims to support and promote local producers, to analyze the trends in their activity. In the previous editions, a total of about 5,500 companies participated, which managed to develop and grow from small and medium-sized enterprises to large enterprises, which already export their products to other markets as well", said Harea.
The exhibition will be organized on an area of over three thousand square meters and will include three basic components: exhibition program, business program and cultural program.
The event will be represented by a new logo - the map of the Republic of Moldova, surrounded by a circle, which signifies the unity and mobility of entrepreneurs, authorities and consumers, in order to develop the state's economy. The dark blue used to write "Made in Moldova" inspires confidence in everything that is made in Moldova, the dignity of domestic entrepreneurs and the intelligence of consumers to choose products and services from home. "Through the new logo we want to present the country's aspirations for progress and development. It will serve as a visual ambassador to attract foreign tourists and investors," he said.
Harea added that the organizers estimate that more than 60 thousand visitors will come to the event. It will also be visited by delegations from several countries, including Romania, France, Italy, Poland, Spain and China.
Romania, the main trade partner of the Republic of Moldova, was invited to attend the event with a stand of companies that have initiated business in our country.
State Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry Vasile Șarban said that Made in Moldova exhibition is a platform and an opportunity for domestic producers to promote their products and services, to analyze modern technologies, market trends and development perspectives.
