Chisinau, Nov. 29 /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister Dorin Recean today requested the resignation of 112 Service director, after two people were found breathless in a car stuck near the village of Coșcalia, Căușeni district, following the bad weather of last week.
"First of all, I want to express my condolences to the families of the deceased. The state must ensure that it can save people even when they neglect their own safety. Until the Prosecutor's Office clarifies the situation of November 26 and 27, I request the resignation of the director of the 112 Service. This is how I found out that he is only dealing with passing information. Instead of taking the case, making sure that the problem is solved, making sure that things are carried out to the end, he simply passes on the information", he said.
Recean requested that from January 1, 2024, when the 112 Service will come under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the protocols and processes related to its activity be revised.
The law enforcement officers announced on Monday, November 27 that two people were found breathless in a car stuck near the village of Coșcalia, Căușeni district.
