Moldovan delegation attends 30th OSCE Ministerial Council

Chisinau, Nov. 29 /MOLDPRES/- On November 29-30, the Moldovan delegation will participate in the 30th OSCE Ministerial Council in Skopje, North Macedonia, the MAEIE press service has reported.

The meeting will begin with a panel dedicated to Ukraine - War of aggression against Ukraine and need for a functional OSCE during the conflict, in which the partner states will condemn the unjustified aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

Before the European Council vote in December, Deputy Prime Minister Nicu Popescu will have several bilateral meetings with counterparts from the European Union member states to ensure full support in the next stages of the accession process of the Republic of Moldova to the EU.

During the conference, the Moldovan delegation will reiterate the condemnation of the Russian aggression against Ukraine, will once again make a firm call for the withdrawal of the illegal troops of the Russian Federation from the territory of our country, and will discuss the importance of a peaceful resolution of the Transnistrian conflict.
