Government customer support service to be set up in Moldova

Chisinau, Dec. 6 /MOLDPRES/- Moldovan citizens will benefit from free consultation and support when using public services. Government approved today setting up government customer support service, as well as the concept of MSupport system, which will facilitate the dialogue between beneficiaries and providers of public services.

The government customer support service will operate as a distinct subdivision within the Public Services Agency and MSupport system will be developed by the Electronic Government Agency to manage incidents, complaints, information requests, frequently asked questions and support needs in the use of public services.

The decision will be implemented gradually, by ensuring at the initial stage the support for the public services provided by ASP, the Electronic Government Agency, the National Social Insurance House and the Information Technology and Cyber Security Service, with the gradual expansion for all public authorities/institutions service providers. The organization of data exchange between government information systems is ensured through MConnect platform.

The expenses for the implementation of the decision will be covered by the Electronic Government Agency from the means of the Modernization of government services project, implemented with the World Bank support.
