Mayors' Forum to be held in Chisinau

Chisinau, Dec. 8 /MOLDPRES/- Mayors' Forum will be held in Chisinau under the aegis of President Maia Sandu on December 9. All 895 elected or re-elected mayors were invited to the event.

The event, titled Future of Local Public Administration is organized by the Government in collaboration with the Congress of Local Authorities of Moldova.

The Forum program includes two discussion sessions with representatives of the Executive, the Parliament and experts of the associative environment. They will talk about the development of localities in the process of our country's accession to the European Union, the funds for regional development and modernization opportunities for the communities.

The event will take place at the Palace of the Republic, starting at 9:00.
