Roadmen present on national routes affected by sleet and snow in evening of 7 January

Chisinau, 7 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- The State Road Administration (ASD) announced this evening that roadmen continue to act and spread anti-slip material to keep traffic safe.

"More precisely, road workers intervene in Balti, Briceni, Edineț, Râșcani, Drochia, Dondușeni, Soroca, Șoldănești, Ocnița and others, where the national roads are affected by sleet or are covered by snow, and traffic is carried out in winter conditions. Thus, 30 special vehicles and 36 road workers are trained in process. Also, approximately 44.8 tons of anti-slip material and 187 tons of technical salt were spread," ASD said.
