Moldova's Energy Ministry says all consumers reconnected to power supply

Chisinau, 10 January /MOLDPRES/ - All consumers hit by the bad weather of the last days have been reconnected to power supply. The Energy Ministry unveiled information to this effect.     

„The last consumers affected by the bad weather of the last days were reconnected to the electric energy network today at 13:22,’’ the Energy Ministry informed.     

According to the institution, in all, about 80,000 consumers were disconnected from power supply in the wake of the consequences triggered by the last days’ cyclone.   

The greatest impact was recorded in the first 12 hours after the starting of the crisis and the full re-connection of the consumers took place after 60 hours, the authorities added.
