Be ECO at Work and in Daily Life slogan promoted by EcoContact Association of Moldova for January

Chisinau, 12 January /MOLDPRES/ - The EcoContact Association informs that, in 2024, it will develop a concept consisting in the promotion of a subject dealing with the environmental protection each month. The subject proposed for January is Be ECO at work and in the daily life.  

„To adopt an eco-friendly lifestyle and to choose a friendly attitude towards the environment becomes ever more important nowadays. Thus, any daily action has direct impact and has effect both on the future of our children and on the nature. We can try paying ever more attention to our daily choices and assume the role of protectors of the planet,’’ EcoContact said.    

According to the Association, in the months to come, decision-makers will inform about how important is for one to have a sustainable lifestyle and what pieces of advice should be followed to become environment-friendly consumers. 

The EcoContact Association is a non-governmental organization, the goal of which is to promote the processes of sustainable development, environmental protection and the sustainable use of the natural resources. The Association works locally, nationally and regionally and is the successor of the Milieukontakt International office in Moldova. Starting from 2013, the EcoContact Association has been hosting the  Aarhus Centre of Consultancy and Environmental Information, set up with the support of the OSCE Mission in Moldova. The organization has a team of experts in the fields of environment, sciences, law, education; they are involved in the promotion of the ecological values locally, nationally and internationally.
