Moldovan PM in Davos says Moldova's future is in European Union

Chisinau, 18 January /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Dorin Recean has participated in the Dialogue on Diplomacy in the Western Balkans. At the event the Moldovan PM referred to the country’s European integration way and the reforms implemented by the authorities for Moldova’s modernization according to the model of the European Union’s states, the government’s communication department has reported.   

At the same time, the prime minister expressed Moldova’ openness for regional cooperation and exploring of new ways of cooperation with the countries from the Western Balkans.  

„The future of Moldova, as well as of Ukraine, Georgia and the Western Balkans is in the European Union. To achieve this goal, each country must pay attention to the quality of the reform processes and focus on the good preparation for each chapter of negotiation,’’ Prime Minister Dorin Recean said.
