German airline Lufthansa to operate flights between Chisinau and Frankfurt from 23 April

Chisinau, 19 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- German airline Lufthansa returns to Chisinau International Airport (RMO) and will operate flights to Frankfurt, Germany. Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development Andrei Spînu made the statement today.

Thus, from April 29, the company will operate four flights per week, and from May 23 - five weekly flights to Frankfurt, from Monday to Friday.

"We continue to bring airlines to our airport and offer citizens more direct routes to as many destinations as possible", Spînu said.

Previously, several airlines announced that they would operate flights from Chisinau International Airport. Among them are Wizz Air, IsrAir, Aegean Airlines, Georgian Wings.
