Moldovan foreign affairs minister to pay working visit to Bucharest

Chisinau, 22 January /MOLDPRES/ - Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Affairs and European Integration Minister Nicu Popescu will pay a working visit to Bucharest on 23 January, where he will have a meeting with his Romanian counterpart Luminita Odobescu, as well as other officials, the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry’s (MAEIE) press service has reported.

The ministers will discuss the development and deepening of the bilateral partnership, as well as the next steps as regards the starting of the negotiations on Moldova’s accession to the European Union. Also, the sides will detail the recent progress made in the implementation of the actions left from those three recommendations of the European Commission.
