Chisinau, 24 January /MOLDPRES/ - Journalist Viorica Tataru, who was detained by representatives of the so-called power wielding structures of the Transnistrian region today, has been released.
The communicator of the Reintegration Policies Bureau, Mariana Sari, confirmed the information for MOLDPRES.
Following the detention of the journalist, an emergency notification was submitted to the political representative in the process of negotiations on the Transnistrian settlement, with the demand to immediately release the journalist and allow her return to the right bank of Dniester in safety.
