Moldovan PM has talks with Moldovan citizens in Hungary

Chisinau, 26 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister Dorin Recean jointly with Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry Vladimir Bolea and Minister of Internal Affairs Andrian Efros met yesterday with representatives of the Moldovan diaspora in Hungary. Recean approached the Chisinau authorities' efforts to strengthen the relations of the Republic of Moldova with the European Union, and stressed the importance of the contribution of each citizen on the path of our accession to the EU, the government's communication department has reported.
"I am confident that our people, wherever they are, are interested in what is happening at home and know the challenges we face. This is why one of the Government's priorities is to build a dialogue as productive as possible with the diaspora and involve it in transforming our country", Recean said.
The talks focused on the government's actions on the implementation of policies that would cause the diaspora to return home, to use experience in key sectors. The ways in which the government can provide more efficient and personalized support for the specific needs of our fellow citizens in the diaspora were also analyzed.
