Wizz Air company opens new routes from Chisinau Airport to Budapest, Venice

Chisinau, 26 January /MOLDPRES/ - The Wizz Air Company opens another two new routes at the Chisinau International Airport (RMO). As of 31 March 2024, Moldovan citizens will be able to travel to Budapest and Venice.
Infrastructure and Regional Development Minister Andrei Spinu today made statements to this effect. ‘’Dear friends, good news at the end of this week. Wizz Air opens another two new routes at the Chisinau International Airport. Starting from 31 March 2024, our citizens will be able to travel to Budapest and Venice by direct flight on Thursdays and Sundays,’’ Spinu said.
Wizz Air returned to Moldova in last December, when it started making flights Chisinau-Rome, Chisinau-Milan and Chisinau-London.
More air companies have earlier informed that they would make flights from the Chisinau International Airport. Among them, there are Lufthansa, IsrAir, Aegean Airlines, Georgian Wings.
