Moldova to take over Romania's experience in policies for entrepreneurs

Chisinau, 31 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- Romanian government and all ministries are open to having a partnership and an exchange of experience with Moldovan government in achieving the objectives of pre-accession to the European Union, especially regarding the part of policies for entrepreneurs. Roxana Mînzatu, State Secretary, coordinator of the Department for integrated evaluation and monitoring of programs financed by public and EU funds under the Romanian Prime Minister made the statement.

Bucharest official held a press conference together with state secretaries of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization (MDED) of Moldova Veronica Arpintin and Viorel Garaz, who paid a visit to Romania.

"The Government of Romania and all the ministries are open to having a partnership and an exchange of experience on stages, on fields, on each program with the Government of the Republic of Moldova, so that we can help what the negotiations in the pre-accession period mean to benefit from the lessons on which we learned as a result of our own accession to the EU, especially regarding the part of policies for entrepreneurs and the management of non-reimbursable money from the European Union", said the official.

Veronica Arpintin said that Romania has been and is an active supporter of the European integration of the Republic of Moldova. "We discussed the important steps we need to take and the lessons we need to learn to contribute to the economic development and optimization of the pre-accession process. We need the support of our colleagues in Romania and we are glad to find that it exists. Romania has demonstrated a firm commitment to supporting the European path of the Republic of Moldova and has contributed to strengthening cooperation between the two countries to achieve common goals within the EU," said Arpintin.

Veronica Arpintin and Viorel Garaz paid a working visit to Bucharest to discuss the important steps in the European path of the Republic of Moldova, as well as consultations on efficient ways of economic development.
