COVID-19: 486 cases recorded last week

Chisinau, 31 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- Last week, 486 cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Moldova.
According to the National Agency for Public Health /ANSP/, on January 22-28, 486 cases of COVID-19 were recorded, down by 16.5% compared to the previous week. Among children, 73 cases were reported. Seven cases of death associated with the COVID-19 infection were recorded.
Doctors reiterate that vaccination against influenza and COVID-19 remains the most effective way to avoid serious illness and death.
