Igor Zaharov appointed as adviser to president for European affairs and strategic communication

Chisinau, 31 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- Igor Zaharov was appointed yesterday as adviser to Moldovan president for European affairs and strategic communication. According to the decree signed by head of state Maia Sandu, he will start working on February 26.
Since March 2023, Igor Zaharov served as advisor to Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration. Before that, he worked at the Embassy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in the Republic of Moldova, where he was responsible for communication and media.
Olga Roşca, adviser to the president for foreign affairs and strategic communication will be adviser on foreign policy, according to the decree signed by the head of state on January 30.
