Movement of Chisinau-Iasi train to be ceased over technical problems

Chisinau, 31 January /MOLDPRES/ - The Railway of Moldova state enterprise (CFM) today informed that the movement of the Chisinau-Iasi (Socola) train would be ceased as of 5 February 2024, because of technical problems.

CFM explains also the procedure of returning the money for tickets. ‘’As for the passengers who purchased tickets at the railway station’s booking office windows, the return of the sum paid will be made at these sale points. As far as the passengers who bought the tickets online are concerned, the sum will be reimbursed on the banking card used in the transaction,’’ the quoted source said.

„We apologize for the inconveniences emerged and thank you for understanding,’’ CFM said, without showing the period for which the movement of this train is stopped.
