Moldovan PM participates in inauguration of Made in Moldova Exhibition

Chisinau, 31 January /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Dorin Recean today participated in the ceremony on the inauguration of the Made in Moldova national exhibition, the government’s communication department has reported.
In his speech, the PM gave assurances to the local producers that the cabinet would continue backing them both through governmental programmes and through the opening of new sales markets.
Prime Minister Dorin Recean visited the stands of the producers and appreciated the products displayed by those almost 45 entrepreneurs at the Moldexpo International Exhibition Centre. At the same time, the PM urged the citizens to visit the Made in Moldova exhibition and support the local producers.
„In Moldova, we have talent, innovation, we have people who can produce and sell competitive products and services both on the local market and on the international one. The European integration process opens us even more markets – we can turn to good account this huge potential in the EU member states, as well as in other countries. I want us to be proud of what we can produce here, at home,’’ the prime minister said.
PM Dorin Recean thanked the representatives of the diplomatic corps for the fact that they support Moldova in the process of integration in diverse economic and social spaces.
„We have companies with very good products, appreciated internationally and this must encourage us. The government will continue backing the initiative and the local producers through diverse programmes, as well as through our consolidated effort to make available international markets for you,’’ the prime minister noted.
Over 350 native entrepreneurs participate in the Made in Moldova Exhibition, staged at Moldexpo on 31 January – 4 February. The exhibition is organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Moldova, under the patronage of Moldova’s government, in partnership with the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA).
