Government structure changed

Chisinau, Feb. 1 /MOLDPRES/ - MPs made changes in the government structure today, focusing on European integration component.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration was reorganized into the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Accordingly, the functions regarding the European integration process will be taken over by the European Integration Office of the State Chancellery. Within the Government, the European integration process will be the responsibility of Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration without portfolio.

In the following period, the government will adopt the documents for the reorganization of the ministry, will bring its documents in line with the new structure of the Executive and will present to the Parliament proposals regarding the adjustment of the legislation in force.
