Ninety nine tax payers nominated winners of Fiscal Lottery contest

Chisinau, 20 February /MOLDPRES/ - A number of 99 tax payers have been nominated winners of the special winter holidays edition of the Fiscal Lottery contest. They will benefit from prizes worth 1,500 lei (75 euros) each. The list of beneficiaries was published by the State Fiscal Service (SFS) today.

Participated in the extraction were 12.9 million transactions made with bank cards during the winter holidays period, on 1 December 2023 – 8 January 2024. The overall sum of transactions exceeded 4 billion lei.

The Fiscal Lottery contest was initiated in 2020. The drawing of lots of the winning transactions are made based on the information unveiled by the issuing licenced commercial banks from Moldova, in aleatory way, in automated manner, through the platform www.Random.org.

The prizes are transferred to the winners on their card accounts.
