Old Orhei Cultural and Natural Reserve of Moldova to be rehabilitated till late 2024

Chisinau, 21 February /MOLDPRES/ - The North Regional Development Agency (ADR Nord) plans to finish the works on rehabilitation of the Orheiul Vechi (Old Orhei) Cultural and Natural Reserve this year.

For the moment, works of setting stained-glass windows and of finishing the façade of the administrative building are carried out here. At the same time, a team of employees work to set the ventilation system, ADR Nord said.

According to the Reserve’s administration, this building will be a multifunctional centre, which will host important topic-related events.

The works are scheduled to be finished this year, the quoted source noted.

This initiative is backed by Moldova’s government through the financial allocation needed from the National Fund of Regional and Local Development.
