Moldova's progress made in implementation of last three recommendations by European Commission discussed in Brussels

Chisinau, 21 February /MOLDPRES/ - Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov, during her working visit to Brussels, has had a meeting with the director general of the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations, Gert-Jan Koopman, the government’s communication department has reported.
During the discussion, the officials tackled Moldova’s progress made in the implementation of the last three recommendations of the European Commission. The degree of their carrying out is to be established by the Commission in its report due in next March.
Besides this aspect, the sides discussed also the way the reorganization of the domestic processes as regards the European integration is carried out, in the context of the separation of the portfolios between the Foreign Affairs Ministry and the Bureau for European Integration.
In the end, Deputy PM Cristina Gherasimov expressed gratitude for the openness showed by director-general Koopman. The officials agreed on maintaining an intense pace of the bilateral dialogue.
