Working group in charge of identifying solutions to farmers' problems set up at Moldovan Agriculture Ministry

Chisinau, 28 February /MOLDPRES/ - A meeting on the creation of a working group in charge of identifying solutions to the problems enumerated by the farmers and cereals producers was held at the headquarters of the Agriculture and Food Industry Ministry (MAIA) on 27 February.     

The working group is made up of farmers, representatives of MAIA, Organization for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA), Finance Ministry, Economic and Digitalization Ministry, as well as of the State Fiscal Inspectorate.  

The participants in the meeting defined the goals and directions of action for the next period, with emphasis on the creation of a new product of crediting for the agricultural sector. The value proposed for the loan is of two million lei. The product will be submitted to commercial banks for consideration, so that the final decision is adjusted to the realities of the market and meets the needs of the agricultural sector.  

Another subject of discussion regarded the aspects related to the reimbursement of the value added tax. More proposals were discussed, which are to be submitted to the Finance Ministry for examination.
