Moldovan state medical university holds new edition of action, Donate Blood - Be Hero!

Chisinau, 28 February /MOLDPRES/ - The Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy (USMF) on 29 February will carry out a new edition of the action, Donate Blood – Be Hero!. The measure is organized in partnership with the Association of Students and Residents in Medicine in Moldova and the National Blood Transfusion Centre.

The event will take place in the Nicolae Esanu lecture room, second floor, Nicolae Testemitanu Street 20 from Chisinau, during 8:00-16:00.

Students, resident physicians, employees of USMF, as well as other people willing to donate blood will participate in the action.

The campaign’s goal is to supply the reserves of blood in Moldova, promote a sound lifestyle and to develop the spirit of social responsibility.
