Spokesman for Moldova's government says there are no dangers of escalation, destabilization of situation in Transnistrian region

Chisinau, 28 February /MOLDPRES/ - There are no dangers of escalation and destabilization of the situation in the Transnistrian region. The spokesman for the government, Daniel Voda, today made statements to this effect.    

„At this point, we want say clearly and firmly – there are no dangers of escalation and destabilization of the situation in the Transnistrian region of Moldova. This is another campaign, through which they try to hysterize the society around this so-called event in Tiraspol. We do not see dangers of destabilization at this point. We keep a close eye and reiterate that the Transnistrian region is aligned with the goal of peace and security of Moldova. This is another propagandistic event, a trick which is not worth the lives of journalists or the tense titles from news bulletins,’’ Daniel Voda said following the cabinet meeting.
