Moldovan Constitutional Court validates MP's mandate

Chisinau, 5 March /MOLDPRES/ - Ana Speianu is the new lawmaker of Moldova’s parliament on behalf of the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS). The magistrates of the Constitutional Court (CC) validated her mandate today.

Ana Speianu is the 84th candidate on the list of PAS. She is teacher in the primary school Haralambie Corbu from the Dubasarii Vechi settlement, central Criuleni district. Since 2019, she has been councilor in the village council from Dubasarii Vechi.

The mandate’s vacancy occurred following an application on resignation submitted by MP Mihai Popsoi.

The CC’s ruling is final, cannot be subjected to any appeal, enters into force on the date of its adoption and is published in the Official Journal (Monitorul Oficial).
