Moldovan National Motor Transport Agency to verify electronic platforms through which taxi transport services are provided

Chisinau, 9 March /MOLDPRES/ - The National Motor Transport Agency (ANTA) warns the legal entities which made available electronic platforms for enforcement in Moldova, through which taxi transport services are provided, about the new amendments to the legislation in force.   

According to the amendments, the legal entities which make available for use management electronic platforms in Moldova quarterly submit to ANTA the list of vehicles and drivers which operated at least one taxi route through the platforms owned/made available for use.  

To this end, the National Motor Transport Agency approved the model structure of information, agreed upon jointly with the State Fiscal Inspectorate, which must be filled in by the enterprises which made available the electronic platforms for use and sent through the electronic mail to the email of the Electronic Platforms Reporting: rpe@anta.gov.md.   

The observance of these provisions will allow the Agency supervising and monitoring the ways the entities administrate the management electronic systems. ‘’Through these measures, the institution strengthens the commitment of providing the consumers with qualitative motor transport services, in safety and comfort,’’ ANTA added.
