Moldovan parliament speaker, Her Majesty Margareta, His Royal Higher Prince Radu of Romania discuss Moldova's European integration way

Chisinau, 25 March /MOLDPRES/ - Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu has discussed the European integration way of Moldova with Custodian of the Crown of Romania, Her Majesty Margareta and His Royal Highness Prince Radu of Romania. The discussions took place at the Elisabeta Place from Bucharest.       

Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu thanked Her Majesty Margareta and His Royal Highness Prince Radu for the support they provided for Moldova to become European. ‘’All of you know that, in last December, the European Union took a historical decision for Moldova – the opening of the negotiations on accession. The Royal Family of Romania has its contribution. Not always displaying this, but we know the occasions when they spoke about us, reasoned and persuaded friends from the West, from the European Union, from western capitals how important this decision is for Moldova. I thanked once again and we rely, in continuation, on assistance and support,’’ Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu said.  

Also, the Moldovan parliament speaker referred to the contribution of the Romanian Royal Family in the process of attraction of investments in Moldova, through the direct involvement in the organization of the events on the country’s promotion among investors from Romania, as well as from all over the world.
