DOC Several IGSU employees awarded by President

Chisinau, April 9 /MOLDPRES/- Several employees of the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (IGSU) have been awarded medals and orders by head of state Maia Sandu. The decree was published in today's issue of the Official Journal.

Under the document, the Order for Service to the Homeland 2nd class is awarded to Elena Tanas and the Order for Service to the Homeland third class to Leonid Cornescu for outstanding performance of duty, professionalism and spirit of sacrifice in emergency situations.

Boris Curcă was awarded the Civic Merit medal.

The decree entered into force upon signing.
