Moldovan, Czech officials discuss bilateral relations

Chisinau, April 11 /MOLDPRES/ - Foreign Minister Mihai Popsoi met with Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Moldova Stanislav Kázecký. The officials discussed cooperation priorities and topical issues on the agenda of Moldovan-Czech relations, the press office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reported.

The talks focused on bilateral relations and prospects for Moldovan-Czech cooperation through the organisation of high-level visits and further development of trade-economic relations.

The Moldovan diplomacy head noted the positive impact of Czech assistance in the context of reducing energy vulnerability and thanked for the Czech commitment to keep the Republic of Moldova in the list of priority states under the new Development Cooperation Programme 2024-2030.

The officials also exchanged views on the challenges in the context of the regional situation.
