Medical record of birth and death to be set up in Moldova

Chisinau, April 17 /MOLDPRES/- The information system Medical Record of Birth and Death (SI eCMND) will be set up in Moldova. Government has approved a decision to this effect.

The system's development will help automate the centralized registration of medical findings of births and deaths in Moldova.

Thus, it will be possible to create a database related to births and deaths occurring in public and private medical institutions, at home and elsewhere, as well as to generate statistical data based on medical information.
