Moldovan speaker: On 1 May, we celebrate value of hard work and hardworking people

Chisinau, May 1 /MOLDPRES/- On 1 May, we celebrate the value of hard work and hardworking and industrious people. Moldovans are known as an industrious and hardworking people, who through honest work build their wealth and achieve their goals. Speaker Igor Grosu made the statements today. He visited the people who are working day by day.

"Today, I talked to those who work day by day in emergency mode to save our lives. They are those on the front line for whom the lives of others are more important than their own lives. They love their job. Let's thank and be grateful to our rescuers - firefighters, divers, chinologists, chemists. Let's thank our doctors, our bakers, our drivers and all those who work when others rest. Thank you for your love of people and love of country!", said Igor Grosu.

Moldova is marking International Workers' Day today, along with several countries around the world. It is a day-off for employees in several sectors.
