Superior Council of Magistracy accepted report of external evaluation committee of candidate Vladislav Gribincea

Chisinau, May 16 /MOLDPRES/ - Members of the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) today accepted the report of the external evaluation commission of candidate Vladislav Gribincea for the post of judge at the Supreme Court of Justice.

According to the conclusions of the report, the Commission unanimously concluded that the candidate meets the criteria of ethical and financial integrity.

So far, out of the 15 reports of the commission, the CSM has found that the evaluation passed in 11, in 3 it was found that the candidates did not pass the evaluation, and the examination of one report was postponed.
