New state secretary at Interior Ministry

Chisinau, July 10 /MOLDPRES/- Interior Ministry has a new state secretary. The post will be filled by Mariana Lucrețeanu, who served as MP so far. Government approved the decision today.

Interior Minister Adrian Efros made the proposal.

"During training in EU countries, Mariana Lucrețeanu has acquired good practice in managing large-scale projects and managerial experience. She also has experience working with institutional officials, civil society and private sector leaders in migration and labor. She has led discussion meetings, working groups and cooperated directly with government officials to update migration legislation and improve the system of migrant management and integration," said Adrian Efros.

The post of state secretary of the Interior Ministry remained vacant after the government last week accepted Jana Costache's resignation.
