Moldovan entrepreneurs can get state grants of up to two million lei

Chisinau, July 10 /MOLDPRES/- Moldovan entrepreneurs can get state grants of up to two million lei. The Entrepreneurship Development Organisation (ODA) has launched a new call for receiving applications for grants for the Program for Re-technologization and energy efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Thus, companies can apply to receive non-reimbursable aid from the state of up to 2 million lei for the technologization and re-technologization of business, and up to 1.5 million lei for the purchase of equipment that will ensure reducing electricity consumption.

According to ODA, the money could be invested in automation of the production process, robotization of production, implementation of IT solutions, installation of solar and photovoltaic panels, as well as in equipment and facilities for the use of renewable energy resources.

The program was launched in the summer of 2022, and so far ODA has supported 303 companies through the program to obtain grants worth 249.3 million lei, funding from the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the European Union.
