Moldovan, Romanian, American soldiers take part in multinational exercise Fire Shield - 2024

Chisinau, Aug 5 /MOLDPRES/- National Army is carrying out the multinational exercise Fire Shield - 2024 on August 5-23 at military polygons.

According to the Defense Ministry, the trainings, which will involve Moldovan, Romanian and American soldiers, are aimed at developing operational capabilities and increasing the interoperability of the participating troops.

Military technical units and artillery systems of the National Army will be used in the exercise.

It is being conducted according to the National Army's training plan for 2024. It has been organized annually since 2015.

The Ministry notes that in the coming days, in the context of the conduct of the exercise, there will be movements of military technique on national roads.
