Moldova participates in biggest fruits exhibition from Asia

Chisinau, 5 September /MOLDPRES/ - Moldova, represented by the Moldova Fruct Association and a fruits producing company, participates, for the second time, in the Asia Fruit Logistica exhibition, staged in Hong Kong, China, on 4-6 September.   

The country’s participation in the exhibition was possible due to the support of the Moldova’s Investments Agency, Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund and the Rural Competitiveness and Resilience in Moldova Project of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).  

Tastings of apples, plums and grapes were organized at Moldova’s stand and numerous visitors from the Saudi Arabia, Chile, Mongolia, Indonesia, India and other countries were delighted by the quality and special taste of the Moldovan fruits.

Asia Fruit Logistica this year has over 750 exhibitors from 42 countries and different regions of the world and makes itself conspicuous by the diversity of the products and services proposed. The exhibition provides an excellent platform for the promotion of Moldovan fruits and development of exports to Asian countries and Middle East states.
