Two parties, one electoral bloc submit applications on registration as participant in referendum in Moldova

Chisinau, 10 September /MOLDPRES/ - The members of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) today received another three applications on registration as participant in the republican constitutional referendum, due on 20 October 2024.

Thus, applications were submitted by the Political Party Coalition for Unity and Well-being, with the option YES, the TOGETHER Electoral Bloc, with the option YES, the Action and Solidarity Party Political Party, with the option YES.

Contacted by MOLDPRES, the head of the CEC’s communication, public relations and mass media department, Rodica Sirbu, said that the Commission had so far registered nine formations as participant in the republican constitutional referendum, due on 20 October 2024. Three of them have the NO option.

The political parties and electoral blocs can submit the application on registration as participant in the referendum till 20 September 2024.
